Events

Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue is planning to have booths at several events this season, and everyone is invited to come and see us! We'll be selling t-shirts, dog treats, and our Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue Cookbook, along with other items. All profits from the sale support our rescue dogs.

Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue Volunteers will be on hand to talk to you about the importance of rescue. Volunteers will also be on hand to answer your questions about training and related issues.

Volunteers are needed for all events!!

September

Saturday, September 9 and Sunday September 10, once again the MABCR store will be at the Green Lane Scottish and Irish festival in Green Lane, Pennsylvania. We'll be located on "Rescue Row" near the Sheepdog Trial. (This is a full two-day trial, not a demo, so come watch BCs do what they were born to do!) Dogs are welcome at this event, which features concerts, Scottish games, dancing competitions, great food, and lots of shopping. Admission is free!

MABCR is looking for volunteers to help at these events. If you are able to volunteer for at least half a day, please contact Barbara Ellis at cookbook@mabcr.org.
